Refund & Return Policy

At Shri Maruti Traders, we strive to provide the highest quality of Rice, Wheat, and Pulses. However, if you face any issue, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• You received a wrong product
• The product was damaged during delivery
• The product is expired or not as described

2. Conditions for Returns

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product
• Food items once opened or partially consumed cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product
• The refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Opened or used items
