Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

1. Before Shipment

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• If payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded

2. After Shipment

• Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible
• You may apply for a return after receiving the order (as per our return policy)

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase
